First time Homebuyer.

April 5th, 2009 at 02:01 am

I have a few more steps before I will be buying a house but it's never to early to start research. I went to my first first time homebuyer seminar and I really enjoyed it. I hoping to start saving for my house by the end of this year and hopefully I will be moving into my new home in two years. They say you can save as little as 3.5 % but I'm aiming for 20%. This is a very exciting step for me and I pray all works out well.

good luck. DF and I had 5% but we also took advantage of the $14k first home buyers grant that is offered in australia until june 30th to boost home purchases in this failing economy.
